A healthier India, built one life stage at a time.
Swastify Foundation is a Section 8 Not-for-Profit Company building programs leveraging technology and data sciences, that are designed for each life stage — not a single approach applied everywhere.
Care built for each life stage
Swastify Foundation is a registered Section 8 not-for-profit company. We don’t believe one approach to health works across every life stage — so we are not building just one. For a toddler, that means prevention and catching risk early, before it becomes a bigger problem. For someone past 40, it often means the opposite: catching what’s already underway, managing it well, and protecting quality of life as the years add up. For an expecting mother, it means treating her health and her child’s as one continuous story, not two separate ones. Each Swastify program is built around what its life stage actually needs — not a single template applied everywhere.
Programs by Life Stage
Children,
aged 2-5 Years
Qavach® — Active
A 360° health screening program built for the years between routine vaccinations (which taper off at 2) and school entry (which starts at 5) — when regular pediatric checkups quietly stop, and small risks are easiest to miss. Qavach screens for what’s worth watching at this age — growth, vision, hearing, speech, dental development, early developmental indicators — and tracks your child’s own progression over time, not just against a generic chart. It’s built by a Scientific Advisory Committee of practicing pediatric specialists, and funded so that families who can pay help subsidize screening for families who can’t.
Adults & Seniors,
aged 40 & above
PranIQ — In Development
After 40, the health conversation changes. Prevention alone isn’t enough anymore — what matters is catching what’s already underway, correcting it where possible, and protecting quality of life as the years add up. PranIQ is being built around four things: early detection of conditions before they become emergencies, evidence-based correction rather than guesswork, longevity research grounded in real science, and quality of life — because adding years matters less than what those years are actually like.
Expecting
Mothers
MathrIQ – Planned
Most pregnancy care is built around one milestone: delivery. MathrIQ starts from a different premise — that pregnancy isn’t a nine-month countdown, it’s the actual beginning of a child’s lifelong health, and one of the most significant events in a mother’s own. A mother’s body changes in ways that don’t always reverse — weight, metabolism, hormones, nutrient stores, skin, hair, and overall health all shift through pregnancy and beyond. MathrIQ is being planned as a program that treats a mother’s own recovery and a child’s earliest development as one continuous story.
A cross-subsidy funding model
Swastify Foundation is built on a simple principle: those who can pay, help subsidize those who cannot. Fees from paying participants in programs like Qavach® directly fund partial or fully subsidized screenings for children whose families cannot afford them — so that the ability to pay never determines a child’s access to early health screening.
Clinical input into our programs
Swastify Foundation’s programs are reviewed and guided by independent clinical and public health experts — ensuring our screening protocols, age-band selections, and risk thresholds are grounded in sound medical evidence, not assumptions.
Stories and expertise behind our work
Our founder writes about the questions every parent eventually asks — often shaped by his own experience. Alongside that, the specialists behind our programs share what they see in clinic, translated into plain, practical guidance for families.
From clinical insight to personal experience, our blogs brings together the clinical expertise guiding our programs and the real stories that inspired them — written for families navigating the same questions we once did.
A Learning Hub for every program
Beyond articles, each Swastify program builds its own Learning Hub — video, research, and specialist content in one place, so you’re not left piecing things together from scattered posts. Qavach’s is live now; PranIQ and MathrIQ will follow as those programs grow.
Donate, Volunteer, Partner
Swastify Foundation runs on a simple principle: those who can support this work, do — and that support is what makes screening, research, and care reachable for families who couldn’t otherwise afford it. There’s more than one way to be part of that.
Donate directly funds something specific — a child’s Qavach screening today, and eventually a senior’s longevity through PranIQ or a mother’s care through MathrIQ — not overhead or general expenses.
Get Involved covers everything else: volunteering your time, partnering as an institution, or simply telling us what you’re interested in, including PranIQ and MathrIQ as they take shape.
