Aravindakshan is a business and industry development professional with over 25 years of work-experience. He worked with Microsoft in several pan-india roles for over 16 years in Public Sector industries such as Education, Government and Healthcare. He headed the Health Industry for Microsoft in India, where he partnered with leading healthcare systems in their digital transformation & cloud journeys. Subsequently, in his role with Azure Global Engineering, he was involved in establishing Health Data Collaboratives for development of AI Models and Solutions.

Sindhu Aravindakshan is a Strengths Coach and an Organisational Psychologist, who has acquired diverse work-experiences with large people-centric organizations like Infosys, Facebook and Blue Yonder. In her current work assignment, Sindhu is a Talent and Transformation Leader at Novartis in India. Overall, she has over 22 years of work and research experience in Talent management, Talent Development, Organization Development, Executive coaching and Talent Acquisition.

Dr. Madhavi R S

Chief Strategist - Pediatrics

Dr. Madhavi is a pediatrician with over 2 decades of experience in the care of newborns, infants and children. She did her MBBS from Mysore Medical College and post-graduation from the Manipal Hospital, Bengaluru.  She is a Senior Consultant in Pediatrics at The Birthplace (by Cloudnine Hospitals) in Hyderabad. Dr. Madhavi is an expert in the field of nutrition, pediatric asthma and neonatal resuscitation. She is also an author of books such as "72 Hours Oncall", "First Baby Meal", "Breastfeeding Information for Expectant Mothers" etc.
