T.S.Y. Aravindakshan
Founder & Director
Aravindakshan is a business and industry development professional with over 25 years of work experience. He worked with Microsoft for over 16 years in pan-India roles across Education, Government, and Healthcare industries, including heading Microsoft India’s Health Industry team, partnering with healthcare systems on digital transformation and cloud initiatives. He subsequently worked within Azure Global Engineering on Health Data Collaboratives for AI model and solution development.
Sindhu P Aravindakshan
Director
Sindhu Aravindakshan is a Strengths Coach and Organizational Psychologist with work experience at organizations including Infosys, Facebook, and Blue Yonder. She currently works as a Talent and Transformation Leader at Novartis in India, with over 22 years of experience in talent management, organization development, executive coaching, and talent acquisition.
Dr. R. S. Madhavi
Chief Strategist - Pediatrics
Dr. Madhavi is a pediatrician with over two decades of clinical experience in the care of newborns, infants, and children. She completed her MBBS at Mysore Medical College and DNB (Pediatrics) at Manipal Hospitals, Bengaluru. She is a Senior Pediatrician and Newborn specialist at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals), Hyderabad. Her areas of focus include nutrition, pediatric asthma, and neonatal resuscitation. She is the author of 72 Hours Oncall, First Baby Meal, and Breastfeeding Information for Expectant Mothers, among other publications.
